FAQ

Answers to common questions families ask about AyaCall.

Frequently asked questions

  1. Is AyaCall a medical or therapy service? No. AyaCall is a friendly daily wellness check-in — a warm phone call to see how your loved one is doing. It is not a medical, therapy, diagnostic, or emergency service and does not provide medical advice or care. For health concerns, contact a healthcare provider; in an emergency, call 911.
  2. What does a call sound like? A short, natural conversation. At the time you choose, AyaCall's AI check-in specialist rings your loved one, asks how they're doing, and chats about their day. Calls usually last a few minutes and feel like a friendly check-in — not a survey or a robocall.
  3. How much does it cost? Family plans start with a free trial and are billed monthly or annually. See our Pricing page for current prices and the trial length.
  4. Can the senior stop calls at any time? Yes. Your loved one is always in control — they can ask to stop the calls during any call, and the calls will stop.
  5. What languages are supported? English, Hindi, and Mandarin Chinese, with more languages coming soon.
  6. How do I cancel? You can cancel any time from your billing settings in the family dashboard.
