1. The daily call — At the time you chose, AyaCall's AI check-in specialist calls your loved one for a warm, few-minute conversation and listens to how they're doing.
2. What the family dashboard shows — After each call you see a short summary, an overall mood, and the topics that came up — a simple picture of how your loved one is doing over time.
3. How alerts work — If something in a call sounds concerning, AyaCall flags it and notifies the family. A person always decides what to do next — AyaCall never contacts emergency services on its own.
